Cooking description:
For smoking, use sawdust from fruit trees or alder. You cannot use coniferous trees, because they give off resin. For the marinade, I would not recommend taking a large bouquet of spices, it will still drown out when smoked. Follow the recipe. Good luck!

- Chicken fillet - 5 Pieces (halves of chicken breasts)
- Salt - 1.5 tbsp. spoons (large, no slide)
- Black pepper - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Paprika - 1/2 Teaspoon

How to cook "Smoked Chicken Fillet"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Place clean and dry chicken fillet in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika. Rub each part with your hands.

Tighten the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.

Prepare the smoker before smoking. We will smoke hot. Pour sawdust from fruit trees (plum, cherry, apple tree) or alder at the bottom of the smokehouse. Sprinkle lightly with water.

Place the chicken fillets on the grill of the smoker, at a short distance from each other. Place the grate in the smokehouse, close the lid and put it on the fire (in my case it was a brazier). From now on, timed 30 minutes.

After the time has passed, carefully remove the grill with the smoked fillets.

Chill the fillet. Refrigerate for at least two hours. After that, the appetizer can be served at the table.
