Appetizing and tasty dish - pancakes with red caviar. This treat has already symbolically taken root in almost every home. Pancakes are prepared slightly salty, not sweet, so that their taste matches perfectly with caviar and fresh herbs, as well as cream cheese.

- Milk - 250 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons

- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cream cheese - 150 Grams
- Red caviar - 60 Grams
- Green onions - 3-4 Pieces (stem)
How to cook "Pancakes with caviar and cheese"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat chicken eggs in a deep container with milk of any fat content and salt. Pour in the wheat flour and beat to avoid lumps. Pour vegetable oil into the dough and stir, leave alone for 15 minutes.
Preheat a frying pan and pour some of the pancake dough onto it, round, and bake the pancake on one side for 1 minute. Then turn over to the other side and bake for 1 minute as well. Prepare the rest of the pancakes in this way.
Place them on top of each other and let cool.
Wash the green onion stalks and chop. Brush the pancake with cream cheese and sprinkle with sliced green onions. Roll the two pancakes together to make the snack more stable on the plate.
Cut the rolls into washers 3-4 cm high and place on a serving plate. Place some red caviar on each washer and serve the pancakes to the table.
