Ingredients:
- Rice - 100 Grams
- Chickpeas - 180-200 Grams (canned or boiled)
- Cauliflower - 200-250 Grams
- Curry Powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Powdered garlic - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Cheese - 50 Grams
- Spinach - 1/4 Bunch

How to make Chickpea Casserole

Prepare all ingredients.

Boil the rice until tender.

Divide the cauliflower into florets. Combine kale and chickpeas with curry and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, season with garlic.

Grease a baking dish with oil. Place the rice on the bottom of the mold. Top with the cauliflower and chickpeas.

Sprinkle with chopped spinach and grated cheese. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
