Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 400 Grams (I have breast)
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Tomato - 1 Piece
- Starch - 1 tbsp. spoon (I have corn)
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - To taste
- Ground black pepper - To taste

How to make Oven Diet Chicken Casserole

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and chop with a meat grinder or blender along with a peeled garlic clove. I grind the fillets with a blender.

Add salt and ground pepper to the finished minced meat to taste. Mix well. Transfer the minced meat in an even layer into a baking dish, grease the dish with vegetable oil. The bottom can be sprinkled with bread crumbs.

Top with onion sliced into rings. Season with salt and lightly sprinkle with ground pepper.

Then place the sliced tomatoes evenly. Sprinkle the tomatoes to taste with salt, black pepper and olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.

Diet chicken casserole is ready. You can serve the casserole either alone or with any side dish.
