How to make Snack Cheese Truffles

Prepare the required ingredients.

In a bowl, using a mixer, beat the softened butter, curd cheese and garlic, passed through a press.

Grate hard cheese on a fine grater.

Add cheese to the beaten butter mass. Stir with a spoon.

Punch 1/3 of the total nuts in a smaller coffee grinder. Add to the butter cheese mass. Chop the rest of the nuts into grains.

Roll into balls from the butter-cheese mass, a little less than a walnut and roll in chopped nuts.

Transfer the finished truffles to paper molds or insert skewers. Refrigerate for 1 hour. After that, you can serve the appetizer to the table.
