Cooking description:
Putting out hearts with mayonnaise is as easy as shelling pears, but don't think that it will take only 15-20 minutes. The hearts themselves are very dense and need to be cooked for 40 minutes to become tender in taste. If you wish, you can boil the offal in advance, this will reduce the cooking time of the dish to 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Chicken hearts - 300 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Salt - 3 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 Pinches
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Water - 150 Milliliters

How to make Chicken Hearts with Mayonnaise

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Rinse chicken hearts thoroughly in water. If you have time to spare, soak them for 20-30 minutes to remove excess blood from offal.

Pour vegetable oil into a skillet with high sides. Add chicken hearts there, salt and pepper, add bay leaves and place the container on the stove.

Fry the hearts for about 10 minutes until golden brown, covering the container with a lid. Then pour in hot water and simmer the offal for about 30 minutes.

Put mayonnaise of any fat content and fry the dish for 3-5 minutes.

As soon as the hearts are browned, turn off the heating.

Put the dish on a plate and serve with a side dish or savory pastries: bread, croissants, rolls.
