How to make Turkey Bean Soup

Prepare the ingredients for your turkey bean soup.

Wash the turkey and place in a saucepan. Cover with water and place the pot on the stove.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat and remove foam. Cook the turkey until tender.

Wash the beans thoroughly and cover with cold water for several hours, and preferably overnight.

Strain the finished broth. Add beans to it. Cook the beans until half cooked.

Finely chop the carrots and onions, put in the pan. Pour in refined sunflower oil, simmer vegetables over low heat for 7-8 minutes.

Then add the vegetables to the soup.

Slice the potatoes and add them to the soup. Add broth, salt to taste. Cook the soup until all ingredients are cooked through.

Bean soup with turkey is ready.
