Ingredients:
- Asp - 0.6 Kilograms (head, tail, trimmings)
- Tomato - 1-2 Pieces
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Water - 1 Liter
- Bay leaf - 2-3 pieces
- Garlic - 1 Clove
- Celery - 0.5 Bunch
- Ground black pepper - 2-3 Pinch
- Hot pepper - 1 Piece (pod)

How to cook "Asp ear"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. The whole fish can be used or parts of it can be used.

Rinse the head of the asp thoroughly in water, cut out the gills, eyes - if desired. Rinse the rest of the fish as well, scrape off the scales and rinse again. Place the fish in a saucepan or cauldron. Peel carrots and onions, rinse in water. Cut the carrots into large pieces. Add to a saucepan with bay leaves.

Pour in warm water and boil the entire contents of the pan for about 20 minutes, removing the resulting foam from the surface. Rinse the tomato, remove the stalk and cut into slices. Add to the pan along with the finely chopped onions.

Add celery, parsley or dill, salt and pepper the dish. Chop a finely peeled garlic clove and add it to the broth. Boil your ear for about 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Place hot peppers in broth for a minute and remove.

Pour the asp fish soup into plates, put the boiled fish pieces and serve with bread.
