- Ground black pepper - 1 Pinch
How to cook "Salad with egg pancakes and cabbage"
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add salt and beat.
Heat a frying pan on the stove, pour in vegetable oil. Pour half the beaten egg mass into the butter and fry the pancake. Prepare the second pancake in the same way. Cool them down.
Cut the cabbage into thin slices, put the slices in a deep container. Rinse and chop the green onions. Add to the cabbage along with a pinch of salt. Remember all the slices carefully so that it releases the juice.
Roll the egg pancakes and slice them. Put in a container with mayonnaise or sour cream of any fat content. Pepper the dish and stir gently.
