How to cook "Shawarma with Chicken and Peking Cabbage"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the chicken fillet into arbitrary pieces, sprinkle with your favorite spices if desired.

Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.

Fry the chicken fillet in a pan for about 8-10 minutes until tender. You can fry without oil, or with a small amount.

For the sauce, combine sour cream, adjika, tomato paste and garlic.

Put cabbage on pita bread, lightly pour with sauce.

Top with Korean carrots.

Next, lay out the chicken pieces.

Drizzle over the rest of the sauce and lay out the pickled cucumber cut into strips.

Roll the pita bread into a roll.

Fry pita bread in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
