How to cook "Stewed cabbage with vegetables"

Grate the carrots. Cut the onion into cubes.

Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until soft.

Add shredded cabbage.

Simmer everything together until the cabbage exudes juice and softens.

Add tomato paste, small strips of pepper, and minced garlic.
