How to cook "Cabbage in a bag in the oven"

Prepare your ingredients.

Chop the cabbage into long strips.

Chop the onions, cut into half rings.

Grate the carrots.

Put the cabbage in a deep container, mix with salt.

Add spices to the cabbage: black pepper, paprika and turmeric.

Pour oil over the cabbage and stir.

Add the onion to the cabbage.

Add carrots.

Toss the cabbage with vegetables and spices.

Place the cabbage in a special baking bag. Pour in some water to make the cabbage more juicy.

Tie the bag and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
