How to cook "Thin pancakes on boiling water with holes"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, pour milk of any fat content there, but at room temperature. Add sugar, salt and whisk everything for about 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the wheat flour and whisk into the light pancake dough.

Then pour boiling water into the dough and mix immediately. Remember that boiling water is poured in after adding flour, otherwise the egg mass may curl! Add vegetable oil and stir the dough.

Heat a skillet on the stove and pour some of the dough onto it. Since the dough is brewing, it does not need to be given time to "rest" for the gluten to activate. Bake pancakes on each side for 1 minute.

Put the pancakes on a plate hot and serve with jam, jam, honey.
