- Pancakes - 2-3 Pieces (thin, salty)
- Red onion - 0.5 Pieces
- Champignons - 200 Grams
- Parsley - 0.25 Bunch
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 2 Pinches

How to cook "Salad with pancakes and mushrooms"

Prepare the indicated ingredients. Bake pancakes in advance.

Roll each pancake into a roll and cut them into ribbons. Place the pancake slices in a deep bowl.

Rinse the mushrooms in water and cut into slices. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put mushroom slices in it, salt and fry for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.

Peel the red onion and cut it in half. Rinse half and cut into small cubes. Add to container.

Put the cooled fried mushrooms in the same place. If you wish, you can add chopped fresh or pickled cucumbers, they also harmonize perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.

Chop the washed greens, put the mayonnaise and herbs in a container, salt and pepper the dish. Stir.

Place the salad on plates and serve. If desired, the dish can be pre-cooled.
