How to cook "Manti on a vegetable pillow"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine water, egg and butter in a deep bowl. Add 0.5 tsp. salt and beat a little.
Add flour in portions.
Knead a firm and elastic dough, gather it into a ball, cover with a towel and leave for 20-30 minutes.
Grind the meat with a meat grinder or blender.
Add diced onions, salt and spices to taste to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
Pinch off a piece from the dough, roll it out with a sausage and cut into pieces. Roll each piece in flour on both sides.
Roll out the dough in a circle and place the filling in the center.
