How to make Poached Egg Sandwiches

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Place small plastic bags in cups or glasses. You can replace them with pieces of cling film, creating pouches out of them. Be sure to grease the bags inside with vegetable oil, otherwise the poached egg cannot be separated from the cellophane. Whisk a chicken egg into each cup.

Salt and tie the bags so that some air remains inside.

In a cauldron or saucepan, boil 0.5-0.6 liters of water, reduce the heat to minimum and put the egg bags in boiling water. Leave them on minimal heat for about 2-3 minutes. The white should set and the yolk should remain runny.

During this time, peel half of the avocado, cut into slices and place on slices of bread. You can use any type of bread: Borodino, rye, white, etc. Sprinkle ground black pepper on top.

Serve the poached egg sandwiches hot, lightly cutting the yolks.
