- Champignons - 400 Grams
- Milk - 300 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 4 Pinches
- Cream - 150 Milliliters (15% fat)
- Green onions - 3-4 Pieces (stem)
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons (1 tablespoon - in the dough)
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces

How to make Pancakes with Mushrooms and Cream Sauce

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs in a deep bowl with two pinches of salt and milk of any fat content.

Stir in the wheat flour and knead the pancake dough. Pour 1 tablespoon into it. vegetable oil and stir. Leave it on for 15 minutes.

Rinse the mushrooms in water, cut them into slices and fry in the remaining amount of vegetable oil in a pan.

After 3-5 minutes, add cream to the fried mushrooms, add chopped green onions. Season the sauce with salt. Simmer for about 1 minute.

From the dough, bake pancakes for a minute on each side.

Put the mushroom filling on the edge of the pancake, roll it up with an envelope. Fill the rest of the pancakes.

The pancakes are ready. Serve hot.
