How to cook "Banana pancakes on kefir"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel the banana and transfer to a blender, chop at high speeds. Transfer the puree to a bowl.

Then add kefir.

Pour in water, beat in one chicken egg, add a pinch of salt.

Sift wheat flour into a bowl.

Using a mixer, make a medium thick dough, add butter.

Grease a pan with oil, fry the pancakes for 30 seconds on each side.
