How to cook "Rye pancakes with milk"

Prepare the required ingredients.

In a deep bowl, combine rye flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Stir.

Pour in warm milk, add an egg. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes at room temperature.

Add vegetable oil after the time has passed. Stir well to keep the oil from flaking. The dough is ready for baking pancakes.

Preheat the skillet well. Brush once with a thin layer of vegetable oil. Pour in a small amount of dough, distribute over the pan. Wait for the top of the pancake to dry well.

Flip over and fry the other side of the pancake until tender.
