- Blackberries - 150 Grams (I have frozen)
- Water - 500 Milliliters (450 ml. - for fruit drink, 50 ml. - for soaking gelatin)
- Ginger Root - 45 Grams
- Honey - 45 Grams
- Gelatin - 10-15 Grams

How to make "Sugar Free Jelly"

Prepare your ingredients.

Pour in 450 ml. water in a saucepan, add blackberries, put on fire.

Peel and slice the ginger.

Add ginger to the saucepan with the berries.

Strain the berry-ginger juice, cool to room temperature.

Soak gelatin in room temperature water to swell.

Add honey to the cooled fruit drink, stir until dissolved.

Add swollen gelatin to the fruit drink, stir, pour into a saucepan. Put the mass on fire, heat with stirring to almost a boil, but do not boil.

Pour the hot liquid into molds, place in a cool place to solidify.

After 2-3 hours, the jelly will harden well and will be ready for use. Garnish with berries or fruits before serving. The dessert turned out to be delicious, with a light ginger tartness, moderately sweet and very healthy, because as you know, jelly contains collagen, which is so necessary for our skin and joints.
