How to cook "Pancakes according to GOST"

Prepare your ingredients.

Combine the egg with salt and sugar. Stir.

Pour in half the milk.

Add flour. Mix all ingredients well.

Pour in the remaining milk.

Add vegetable oil. Stir the dough.

Fry the pancakes in a preheated skillet until beautiful and golden brown on both sides.
