- Cheese - 30-40 grams (semi-hard)

How to make a Cheese Burger

Prepare your ingredients.

Form a cutlet with the ground beef.

Fry the meat cutlet in a grill pan, place the bun cut in half next to it.

Break the cheese into small pieces with your hands.

Place the cheese in a skillet and melt it.

Place the patty on top of the melted cheese, turn over to the other side.

Assemble the cheese burger as follows, put canned or pickled cucumber cut into slices on the bottom of the bun.

Place lettuce leaves on top of the cucumbers.

Place the cheese cutlet on the lettuce leaves.

Prepare pear slices sprinkled with balsamic wine vinegar and black pepper.

Place the pears directly on the cheese cutlet.

Cover with lettuce and the top of the bun, using which to scoop up the remaining melted cheese from the pan. The burger is ready to serve, it is tasty and satisfying, almost a complete lunch or dinner.
