- Dry garlic - 1 teaspoon

How to cook "Pilaf sauce"

Prepare your ingredients.

Peel a large onion, rinse and chop very finely.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, put onion, fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.

Add tomato paste, adjika, dry garlic, salt and pepper to the onion.

Pour water into the pan, add herbs.

Boil the sauce for 25 minutes over low heat. After a while, serve the sauce to the table along with the pilaf.
