When baking, do not open the oven door for the first 40-45 minutes. Cool the finished bread completely and only then cut it. Usually gluten-free baked goods are capricious in preparation, but I really liked this recipe. The bread is very traditional in taste, medium density, keeps its shape well and does not fall apart.

Ingredients:
- Green buckwheat flour - 100 grams
- Potato Starch - 100 Grams
- Rice flour - 50 grams
- Millet flour - 50 grams

- Butter - 15 grams (or vegetable)
- Xanthan Gum - 1.5 Teaspoons
- Yeast - 7 Grams (dry, fast acting)
- Water - 290 Milliliters (lukewarm)
- Sesame - To taste
- Seeds - To taste (linseed, sunflower)

How to make Gluten Free Bread

Prepare all ingredients.

Whisk all types of flour in a separate bowl.

Add ground flaxseed, sugar, salt, yeast and gum. Stir again.

Mix water and oil separately.

Mix dry ingredients with liquid ingredients. Knead the dough.

Gather the dough with wet hands and transfer to a well-oiled dish. Cover with plastic wrap and leave to rise for about 1 hour. The dough should double in size.

Sprinkle sesame seeds and seeds on the bread. Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 60 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer. When piercing the bread, it must remain dry.

Cool the finished bread in the turned off oven.
