Making yeast pancakes is very simple and everyone can get it. It is best to take a special pancake pan, but a regular pan will do, just grease it with oil before each pancake. How to make "Thick yeast pancakes with holes"
Take the pancake ingredients.
Pour one glass of warm milk into a bowl, add yeast. Let stand 10 minutes for the yeast to activate.
Add the egg. Whisk the egg, milk and yeast well.
Add the sifted flour.
Pour in a second glass of warm milk and sunflower oil. Stir the dough well again and place in a warm place.
After 25-30 minutes, the dough will be fine. Stir it and let it come up a second time. Then you can start baking pancakes.
Pour a ladle of dough into a hot skillet. Holes will appear immediately.
Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Pancakes are ready.
When baking, grease each pancake with butter.
