- Bread - 4 Slices
- Avocado - 1/2 Piece
- Red onion - 1/2 Pieces
- Tofu - 120 Grams
- Pea sprouts - To taste
- Lean mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Mustard - 1-2 Teaspoons
- Smoked paprika - 1-2 pinches
- Granular garlic - 1-2 pinches
- Ground black pepper - 1-2 Pinch
- Salt - 1-2 pinches
- Italian Herbs - 1-2 Pinches
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 Art. spoons (for frying)

How to make Tofu Sandwiches

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the tofu into slices and blot with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Fry the tofu in oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Then sprinkle one side with spices and turn over, then turn the other and turn over again. Cook each side for another 1-2 minutes.

Dry the slices of bread in a dry frying pan.

Cut the avocado into slices, onion rings.

Brush the bread with mayonnaise and mustard. Arrange the avocado slices. Add 2-3 slices of tofu to each sandwich.

Top with onions and pea sprouts. Cover with the other half of the bread.
