How to cook "Ministerial salad with pancakes"

Prepare all ingredients.

Beat the chicken egg into a bowl, add starch, salt and pepper.

Beat the egg mixture with a whisk.

Heat a frying pan, brush lightly with oil, fry an egg pancake for a couple of seconds.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings or cubes, cover with vinegar and water, leave for 15 minutes.

Cut the boiled meat into cubes or strips, transfer to the salad.

Cut pickled cucumbers into small strips, transfer to salad.

Roll the pancake into a roll, cut into strips and add to the salad.

Add onions to the salad.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper, stir.
