- Kefir - 200 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Water - 100 Milliliters
- Wheat flour - 6 tbsp. spoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. the spoon
- Sugar - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch
- Pineapple - 0.5 Pieces (fresh or canned)

How to make Pineapple Pancakes

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Drive chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in kefir of any fat content, add salt and sugar. Pour in water and whisk everything for 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the wheat flour and stir the dough to prevent lumps from forming. Pour in vegetable oil last. Or grease the pan each time you add the next batch of dough.

Heat the pan on the stove and pour part of the pancake dough onto it, twist so that it is evenly distributed throughout the pan. Fry the pancake on each side for 1 minute.

Peel half of the pineapple, the inner hard core. Cut into small cubes. Place some of the slices on the pancake and roll up.

In this way, prepare the rest of the pineapple pancakes. Then serve them hot.
