- Sauerkraut - 150 Grams
- Potatoes - 100 Grams
- Carrots - 70 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

How to cook Sauerkraut and Beans Salad

Prepare the ingredients for the sauerkraut and beans salad.

Soak white beans overnight in water, boil in the morning until tender. The beans are cooked for about 35-40 minutes. Drain the beans and cool the beans.

Boil potatoes and carrots until soft, peel and dice for salad.

Send sauerkraut, potatoes and carrots to a bowl.

Add the beans.

Season the salad with oil and add salt and pepper to taste.

Stir the salad and serve immediately.
