They can be served for dessert with honey, jam, sour cream or a more satisfying option: with red caviar, pates, meat, fish.

- Wheat flour - 250 grams
- Yeast - 10 Grams (raw)
- Salt - 0.5 Teaspoons

- Chicken egg - 1 Piece
How to make "Raw Yeast Pancakes"
Prepare the ingredients for making the raw yeast pancakes.
Pour a glass of warm milk into a bowl. Add raw yeast and sugar, stir. After 10-15 minutes, the yeast is activated and frothy.
Add the egg. Stir in milk, yeast, sugar, salt and egg.
Add the sifted flour.
Knead into a smooth, lump-free dough.
Pour in refined sunflower oil.
Add another glass of warm milk, stir the dough and place in a warm place.
After 45-50 minutes, the dough will increase in volume. Wrap it up and put it back in a warm place.
When the dough comes up a second time, you can bake pancakes. Pour a portion of the dough into a hot pan and distribute it by rotating the pan.
Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
