How to make Chicken and Potato Jellied Pie
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make the Chicken and Potato Jellied Pie.
Whisk eggs and salt in a deep bowl.
Add sifted flour, sour cream, mayonnaise and mix well. At the very end, add slaked vinegar soda and let the dough stand for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces, grate the potatoes on a round grater.
Take a heat-resistant form, cover it with parchment or foil, brush with a little vegetable oil, lay out the potatoes, salt and pepper to taste.
Top the potatoes with chicken fillet and finely chopped green onions.
Pour the dough on top with the prepared filling and place in the preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
