- Potatoes - 4 Pieces
- Egg - 1 Piece
- Green Onions - 30 Grams
- Mayonnaise - 1.5-2 Art. spoons
- Flour - 2-3 st. spoons
- Salt - 1 Pinch (or to taste)
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons (for frying)
How to cook "Potato pancakes with mayonnaise"
Prepare your ingredients.
Peel potatoes, grate, put in a bowl. Add egg, salt, mayonnaise, flour. Stir.
Chop the green onion finely and add to the dough.
Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides until tender and golden brown.
Serve potato pancakes with sour cream; in a festive version, you can serve caviar or salted red fish with such pancakes. This is a very tasty dish that can be both everyday and festive.
