How to cook "Pancakes with a filling triangle"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, pour in the milk, add sugar and salt, whisk everything. Then add premium wheat flour, beat again and pour in the vegetable oil. Stir and leave the dough alone for 20 minutes.

In a hot skillet, bake thin and brown pancakes for 1 minute on each side.

Mix cottage cheese of any fat content with granulated sugar.

Place the filling on the edge of the pancake.

Fold the edges on both sides to form a square.

Then fold the filled pancake diagonally to make a triangle. In this form, pancakes-triangles can be fried in butter if you like crispy crust.

Serve the pancakes with tea or coffee.
