Serve this appetizer hot using a wide variety of fillings. It can only be cheese, mushrooms, fish, any seasonal vegetables, etc. Today I suggest making egg pancakes with sausage.

- Egg - 3 Pieces
- Milk - 3 Teaspoons
- Cheese "Friendship" - 1 Piece (or any other cheese)
- Sausage - 120 Grams
- Vegetable oil - 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - To taste
How to make Egg Pancakes with Sausage
Prepare all ingredients.
Grate the sausage and cheese on a coarse grater. Stir. The filling is ready.
Beat each egg separately with 1 tsp. milk and a pinch of salt. One egg - one egg pancake, i.e. 1 serving.
From the resulting egg mass, bake pancakes in a greased frying pan. Pancakes do not need to be fried too much, just enough for them to grab.
Place the pancake on a flat surface and spread some of the filling in the center.
Fold the pancake into an envelope and place it seam side down. This way, shape all the pancakes. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a skillet or simply microwave them.
