How to cook "Sauerkraut with apples for the winter"

Prepare your ingredients.

Cut the apples into thin slices.

Grate sweet carrots.

Use a sharp knife to chop the cabbage into strips or use a cabbage grater.

Toss the cabbage with carrots and apples.

Add salt and black pepper, stir.

Tamp the cabbage and apples into a glass jar. Leave the jar on the table for 2-3 days for the vegetables to ferment.

Now put the cabbage in the refrigerator and leave in a cool place for another 2-3 days. The cabbage will become juicy, tasty and sweet and sour.
