For the recipe, we need dry adjika and ready-made, preferably with a twinkle. It will take up to four days for salting the bacon, after the bacon you can taste it, but before cutting it should be sent to the freezer for a couple of hours. Serve lard with bread, onions and garlic.

How to cook "Lard in adjika"
Prepare your ingredients.
Mix salt, dry adjika, dry garlic in a small container. Rub all the bacon with salt and spices on all sides.
Next, grease lard on all sides with adjika.
Add bay leaf to the bacon.
Seal the bacon in foil or film, refrigerate for 3-4 days. After a while, transfer the bacon to the freezer for 3-4 hours, then cut and serve.
