How to cook "Yeast pancakes with curdled milk"

Prepare all ingredients.

Add 1 tsp to warm water. sugar and yeast. Stir well and let sit for 15 minutes.

Combine eggs, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.

Stir and pour in the yogurt.

Add flour.

Stir until smooth, add suitable yeast mixture and butter.

Mix everything again. The dough is ready. If the dough is thick enough, then you can dilute it with milk or water to the desired consistency. Remember, the thicker the dough, the thicker the pancakes will be.

Grease the pan with oil, heat well and pour the dough with a ladle, distributing it evenly throughout the pan.

Fry the pancakes on both sides until tender.

If you really want pancakes, but there is no sour milk, replace it with kefir.
