Cooking description:
Gorka cake is very simple to prepare, but it still takes time, like any other cake. You don't have to roll out and bake 7-8 cakes. You will bake just one biscuit with eggs, sour cream, condensed milk, cocoa and flour. Assembling the cake is a matter of technique. Cherries can be used both fresh and frozen.

Ingredients:
- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Sugar - 150 Grams
- Condensed milk - 200 grams
- Sour cream - 200 grams (in dough, 15% fat)
- Soda - 1 Teaspoon (no slide)
- Wheat flour - 1.5 Glasses
- Cocoa powder - 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Sour cream - 600-700 grams (in cream, 25-30% fat)
- Powdered sugar - 5-6 Art. spoons (in cream)
- Chocolate - 50 grams (for decoration)
- Cherry - 200 Grams (pitted)

How to cook "Cake" Gorka "with sour cream"

Prepare all the ingredients for making the cake.

Break eggs into a bowl.

Add sugar and beat well.

Add sour cream to the bowl.

And condensed milk.

Add baking soda and flour. Whisk all of these ingredients together.

Pour in the sifted cocoa.

Stir again so that there are no lumps in the dough.

Place the dough in a baking tray with baking paper.

Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 175-180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick. It must remain dry when pierced.

Prepare the cream. Mix fatty sour cream with powdered sugar. Vanilla sugar can be added.

Cut the cooled crust into small cubes. Put a few pieces on a dish, brush with cream.

Place the pitted cherries on top of the cream. Thus, alternating between pieces of cake, cream and cherries, collect the cake with a slide.

Place plastic wrap in a deep, tall bowl. Cover the slide with a bowl and turn over.

Cover the cake with the edges of the film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours. You can immediately collect the cake in a bowl with cling film.

When the cake is soaked and hardened a little, turn the bowl over onto a platter, remove it and remove the plastic wrap from the cake. Lubricate it with cream on top.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or microwave.

Decorate the cake with liquid chocolate and sour cream.

Slice the "Gorka" cake with sour cream and serve. Enjoy your tea!
