How to cook "Pancakes with hot kefir"
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Any kind of apple can be used.
Beat chicken eggs into a deep container, pour in kefir of any fat content, add granulated sugar and beat everything with a whisk for about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the wheat flour and knead the light pancake dough. Then add vegetable oil and stir. Leave the dough alone for 15 minutes.
At this time, rinse and peel the apple from the peel and seeds, grate the apple pulp on a fine-mesh grater into a bowl.
