How to cook "Oatmeal pancakes on kefir"

Prepare the required ingredients.

Grind the oatmeal in a blender / coffee grinder until lightly crumbled. If you want to get more tender pancakes, then grind the oatmeal into a finer fraction.

Pour the oatmeal into a deep bowl, fill it with room temperature kefir.

Stir, cover with a towel and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.

After half an hour, add eggs, salt, sugar, baking soda and vegetable oil to a bowl of swollen oatmeal.

Stir with a whisk. Put the pan to preheat.

If necessary, brush the pan with vegetable oil. Pour 1/2 of the ladle, spread the dough over the bottom of the pan. It will be difficult to spread, so it is more convenient to do this with a spoon or ladle. Fry until small bubbles appear on the top of the pancake.

Flip the pancake over and fry the other side. It will take 2-3 minutes.

Fold the finished pancakes in a stack. Brush with butter if desired and serve.

Honey goes well with pancakes. Enjoy your meal!
