- Egg - 1 Piece
- Milk - 60 Milliliters
- Sour cream - 60 Grams
- Apple - 1-2 Pieces
- Raisins - 30 Grams
- Baking powder - 0.5 teaspoons
- Fructose (any sugar substitute) - 20-30 Grams
- Lemon Juice - 2 Teaspoons

How to cook "PP Apple Pancakes"

Prepare your ingredients.

In a bowl, combine milk, sour cream, egg, and add washed raisins.

Peel the apple from the core and from the peel, grate on a coarse grater into the dough.

Pour the flour mixture into a bowl, knead the dough, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice.

Fry the pancakes in vegetable oil in a preheated skillet on both sides until golden brown.
