Celebrating one of the most cheerful holidays of the outgoing winter - Shrovetide, everyone bakes pancakes. Pancake is a symbol of the sun, which shines more and more brightly on the eve of the arrival of spring. There are a lot of pancake recipes. Today I have one of the simplest. And as a filling - meat, which can be anything. There is nothing difficult to prepare. But I want to give some advice. Put the prepared pancakes on a plate and cover the hot ones with a lid. So the edges of the pancakes will not dry out and will be soft. It is more convenient to bake pancakes in a non-stick pan. Grease a regular skillet with oil before each pancake. From the specified amount of ingredients, 18-20 pancakes are obtained. The diameter of my frying pan is 17 centimeters.

How to cook "Pancakes with boiled meat"
Prepare the ingredients for the meat pancakes.
Make pancake dough. Break eggs into a bowl.
Pour in milk, add salt and sugar. Whisk with a whisk.
Knead to a smooth, lump-free dough. It is convenient to do this with a whisk or mixer.
Pour in refined sunflower oil and mix well.
Bake pancakes. Pour half a ladle of dough into a hot skillet. Spread it evenly over the pan by rotating.
Bake pancakes on both sides.
When baking pancakes, stack them on a plate.
Prepare the filling for the pancakes. Grind the boiled meat in a meat grinder or blender. Finely chop the onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Add to meat.
Hard boil 2 eggs, chill, peel and grate or remember with a fork. Add to the filling.
Salt minced meat to taste and stir. You can pepper if desired.
Place a tablespoon of minced meat on each pancake.
Roll the pancake into an envelope.
Do this with all the pancakes and minced meat.
