Fragrant and mouth-watering pasties can be prepared without kneading the dough from ordinary wafer cake layers. The dish will turn out delicious, relatives will taste it with pleasure and ask for more. And most importantly - it will be ready in just 15-20 minutes!

Ingredients:
- Minced meat - 350 Grams
- Onion - 1 Piece
- Wafer cakes - 4 Pieces (large, for cake)
- Chicken egg - 2-4 Pieces (depending on size)
- Vegetable oil - 50 Milliliters
- Salt - 3 Pinches
- Ground black pepper - 2 Pinches

How to cook "Chebureks from waffle cakes"

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Peel the onion, rinse in water and cut into small cubes. Add the slices to the minced meat, along with salt and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly.

Beat the chicken eggs into a deep, wide plate, add a pinch of salt and whisk everything.

Spread half of the minced meat on the waffle crust. Just coat so that there is minced meat - the minimum amount, otherwise it will not be fried inside.

Cover with a second crust and press lightly. Set aside. Coat another crust with the remaining half of the minced meat. Cover with fourth crust and press. Leave it on for 5 minutes. Then place one blank on top of the other and cut both of them in half, getting the pasties blanks. In 5 minutes, the cakes will be soaked and cut more easily, and not break into pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Dip each piece in the beaten egg mixture on each side.

Put in a skillet, reduce heat to moderate and fry pasties for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Then place the finished dish on a plate and serve hot. You can supplement the pasties with sour cream of any fat content.
