How to cook "Obzhorka salad with pancakes"
Prepare all ingredients.
Combine eggs, water and starch in a deep bowl. Add salt to taste and beat well until smooth.
From this mixture, fry the pancakes in a greased frying pan. I got 7 pieces.
Fold the finished pancakes in a pile, cut in half, fold on top of each other and cut into strips.
Also cut the sausage, cucumbers and cheese into small cubes.
Combine all prepared ingredients in a deep bowl. Add mayonnaise and minced garlic.
