Lemon pancakes are the perfect dessert for tea or coffee with girlfriends and friends. You can complement them with any sweet filling: fruit slices, berries with sweet sauce or cream. Pancakes are served both hot and cold - they are equally tasty!

- Chicken Egg - 2 Pieces
- Wheat flour - 7 Art. spoons
- Milk - 300 Milliliters (any fat content)
- Sugar - 3-4 Tbsp. spoons
- Lemon - 0.25 Pieces
- Vegetable oil - 1.5 Art. spoons
How to make Lemon Pancakes
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Beat the chicken eggs into a deep container, add sugar. Since lemon juice will be introduced into the dough, slightly increase the amount of granulated sugar so that the pancakes do not taste sour.
Pour in milk of any fat content and whisk the entire contents of the container thoroughly.
Rub the zest over a quarter of the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
Pour in premium wheat flour, whisk the entire contents again so that no lumps form. Pour in vegetable oil, stir and leave the dough alone for 20 minutes.
After the indicated time, heat a frying pan greased with vegetable oil on the stove. Pour part of the pancake dough onto it and fry on both sides for 1 minute. Prepare the rest of the pancakes in this way.
Place them on a platter and serve warm with honey or another sweet sauce. Be sure to brew aromatic tea!
