Ingredients:
- Cabbage - 150-200 Grams
- Carrots - 1 Piece
- Onions - 1/2 Pieces
- Garlic - 1-2 Cloves

- Lentils - 120 Grams
- Chopped tomatoes - 1 Bank
- Dry gluten - 3-4 tbsp. spoons
- Flour - 2 tbsp. spoons

How to cook "Lazy Vegetarian Cabbage Rolls"

Prepare all ingredients. Soak lentils in water beforehand.

Finely chop the cabbage into squares.

Pour boiling water over the cabbage and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain and squeeze the cabbage.

Boil rice according to the instructions.

Grind lentils with onions and garlic in a meat grinder. Add salt and black pepper.

Grate carrots, add to a bowl with minced lentils. Stir.

Add rice, stir again.

Then add the cabbage.

Add dry gluten at the end and knead the minced meat well.

Form the minced meat into oval patties.

Fry them on both sides in a pan.

For the gravy, fry the flour in vegetable oil until golden brown.
