- Apples - 2 Pieces
- Starch - 0.5 Teaspoons
- Chocolate sauce - 1 Tbsp. spoon (or chocolate paste)
- Walnuts - 30 Grams (or any other)
- Ricotta - 100 Grams
- Cherries - 50 grams (fresh or frozen)
- Sugar - 1 Tbsp. the spoon
- Curd - 150 Grams
- Banana - 1 Piece
- Chocolate - 25 grams (optional)
- Milk - 1 tbsp. spoon (optional)
How to make "Sweet pancake fillings"
Prepare your ingredients.
Tackle the pancake batter first. To do this, prepare food: flour, milk, eggs, salt, sugar, vegetable oil.
Pour milk into a bowl for beating, add salt, sugar, beat in eggs.
Knead the dough with a mixer.
Pour 3 tbsp into the dough. tablespoons of vegetable oil, let the dough brew for 30 minutes, at this time, prepare the fillings.
The first filling. She is the lightest. Combine sugar and cinnamon.
For the second filling, take apples, sugar, starch, and a pinch of cinnamon.
Peel the apples from the core and peel, cut into cubes, put in a saucepan, cover with a tablespoon of sugar, heat for 5 minutes so that the apples soften slightly and release the juice.
Dissolve the starch with a tablespoon of water, pour over the apples, add a pinch of cinnamon, heat until thickened.
The third filling is chocolate sauce or chocolate spread and nuts.

The fifth filling is cottage cheese, sugar, banana.
The fillings are ready, you can fry the pancakes. Before baking the first pancake, heat the pan, brush with vegetable oil, bake the pancakes on both sides.
From this amount of ingredients, 12 pancakes were obtained in a frying pan with a diameter of 23 centimeters.

Put the fifth filling of apples and cottage cheese on a quarter of a pancake, fold "at a corner".
The next step is optional, but very enjoyable. Melt 25 grams of chocolate with a tablespoon of milk in short pulses in a microwave oven, transfer to a pastry bag, or just use a spoon to make a mesh of chocolate on the pancakes.
