How to make White Chocolate Soufflé

Prepare your ingredients.

Separate the whites and yolks of the three eggs into separate dishes.

Beat the yolks with half the sugar, gradually add all the flour while continuing to beat.

Heat the milk and pour it over the yolks.

Heat the yolk-milk mixture with constant stirring until thickened. Remove from heat as soon as the mixture thickens.

Add half of the chocolate.

Stir in chocolate until smooth, refrigerate.

Whisk the whites with a pinch of salt and the remaining sugar to form a firm foam.

Add the yolk mass to the whites.

Gently mix the protein and yolk masses, adding the second half of the chocolate cut into small pieces.

Prepare baking dishes, which are pre-greased with butter and sprinkled with granulated sugar.

Fill the molds with the prepared mass, but not completely, as it will increase in size during the baking process. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees, watch the readiness, the soufflé should not overcook.

The soufflé will first have a big "cap", which will then fall off, but that's okay. You can serve soufflé sprinkled with powdered sugar, garnished with fresh berries or fruits. A delicate and delicious dessert is ready, invite your family to feast on.
