How to cook "Chicken cutlets with milk"

Prepare your ingredients.

Break the bun into pieces, fill it with milk, mash with a fork.

Add chopped onion, a loaf soaked in milk to the minced meat, salt and pepper.

Stir the minced meat well until smooth.

Form a patty, roll in breadcrumbs.

Fry the patties on both sides in vegetable oil.

Serve the patties with any side dish you like. Today I have a "nostalgic" side dish of mashed potatoes in milk with butter, squash caviar and canned cucumber. Delicious home-style, I recommend cooking!
