How to make "Cheese pancakes with milk"

Prepare your ingredients.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cover with milk.

Add baking powder to flour.

Add flour and baking powder to the curd.

Stir the cheese dough well.

Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil, shape the pancakes (this is easy to do by wetting your hands in water). Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.

Serve ready-made cheese pancakes with natural yogurt or sour cream. Lingonberry sauce will be very organic with such pancakes. This is a very tasty and satisfying breakfast. I recommend giving it a try!
